10.0We absolutely loved our stay here! The staff were amazing and very friendly, offering fruit and tea everyday. They also offered a number of massages and other beauty treatments. The rooms, pool area and terrace were beautiful, which is why we spent most of our 3 days in ninh binh at the hotel. When we did venture out, we rented the hotel’s bicycles. I highly recommend to stay here, great value for money!

− piscine pas très propre, propriétaire qui est sortie jusque tard le soir et s'est disputé avec quelqu'un en rentrant et hurlait à 2h du matin pas de nourriture avant 16h, dommage Espaces communs peu adaptés et non exploitables

10.0Wonderful homestay just outside the main town of Tam Coc with clean, spacious rooms and a very friendly host family. Massage and nail salon on site as well as bicycle and moped rental for a very fair price. Cannot stress enough how accommodating and kind the family running this are. 24/7 check in.

10.0Homestay is hosted by a very sweet and warm family. Felt welcome from the moment I arrived and that’s priceless. I got sick after checking out, but they immediately arranged a room when I asked. Again, thank you so much. Furthermore, the room has everything you need for a pleasant and budget-friendly stay. Last, the homestay is located just outside of busy Tam Coc. I love a busy city but the center of Tam Coc sometimes felt suffocating. So I was very happy to have a homestay in a more quiet area.
