− الموقع على شارع عام ومزعج ولا يوجد مكان لوقوف السيارات حتى أنك لا تستطيع النزول من سيارة التاكسي أمام الشفه ، المكان صغير ، القيمة مبلغ فيها

9.0Πολύ καθαρό διαμέρισμα με την καλύτερη δυνατή εκμετάλλευση χώρου. Ικανοποιητικες παροχές. Παλιά πολυκατοικία αλλά πολύ ωραία ανακαινισμενη.
− Είναι αρκετά μικρό. Επίσης η καθαρίστρια δεν μπήκε να καθαρίσει καθόλου τις 5 μέρες που μείναμε!

9.0El apartamento es precioso, fiel a las imágenes, totalmente equipado y en un barrio agradable, a unos 15-20 minutos del centro. El edificio tiene un patio interior al aire libre, con plantas y árboles.
− Cómo punto negativo, la habitación era muy oscura y la terraza estaba descuidada y sucia. Además, las cortinas no cerraban bien y por la mañana temprano entraba toda la claridad

10.0Die Lage und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sind top. Auf Fragen haben wir immer sehr rasch Antwort und Hilfe erhalten (z.B. Parkplatz, da dieser der Unterkunft ausgebucht war). Würde die Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen.
− Das Doppelbett war eher klein. Für vier Nächte aber durchaus aushaltbar:-)
