It was overall a good stay.
7.0Loved the decor, blankets were efficient. Good supply of amenities.
− We enjoyed our stay but there were so many little issues that took away from the experience. No bathroom mats or shower cloths, the floors were stained or dirty in the shower, no AC, both the iron and the ironing board were broken. We had to request for an additional iron & ironing board. The stairs are too high and are not efficient for carrying Heavey luggage.
A comfortable, convenient and cozy stay
9.0Absolutely loved our stay at Amara at Sea! The place is neat, modern, and very comfortable – perfect for a proper lekker slap by the sea. The rooms are clean and well equipped, and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. The location is great, close to the ocean, with beautiful views and fresh sea air. Everything was well maintained, and the hosts were friendly, professional, and very accommodating. Will definitely stay here again!

10.0It’s a spacious and fully equipped house. Ideal for doing your laundry halfway through your stay, with both a washing machine and a dryer available. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Tip: visit the shopping mall Platz am Meer to the north – it has lots of shops and restaurants. The house is situated on the first floor. And it is a sea themed house.
− The house is located in a complex near the MTC Dome and is somewhat secluded in the middle of Swakopmund. I didn’t feel 100% safe there. There is security patrolling the area, and the house has an alarm system, but no safe.
