An average stay overall with the apartment falling short in a few areas.

Great location, clean although I note a very high cleaning fee so it should be. Good pressure in the shower and comfy bed.

− The second bedroom opened directly into the lounge area and had no wardrobe or drawers for storing clothes or belongings. The other bedroom was quite dark, and its window looked into an internal area of the apartment complex where other guests could see directly into the room, meaning the blind needed to remain closed for privacy. Although this was a two-bedroom apartment and there were only two of us staying, the lounge area had limited seating and would have struggled to comfortably accommodate any additional guests. Additionally, the TV unit was set up over the dining table which is slightly unusual. We also found the kitchen pans to be of fairly poor quality, and the coating on some of the glassware appeared to be coming off. Additionally, despite the booking conditions indicating that a deposit would not be held on a credit or debit card, some three weeks after our stay the amount is still showing as pending on my card statement. This is something that should be clarified and resolved more promptly.
