Lovely place to stay with so many gods things to visit around and rest.
8.0Vila Lisjak is a beautiful place to stay! Pool, sauna and kids area rocked. Our kids had so much fun jumping on the trampoline and swiming in the pool. Room was comfortable, bed as well, I loved the big bathroom and a nice kitchen. Breakfast? Exepctional! We got big and tasty breakfast that was served in such a warm decoration.
− The apartment was equipped with mostly everything you need but I would, however mention lack od few things such as paper towels, more kitchen rags, basic comdemiments such as oil, sugar. I would also liked if there was a basic cleaning set.
It was an ok stay but not over the top bec of the customer service from the receptionist, basic or below quality cooking
5.0Spacious Apartment and close to the aqua Luna waterpark.
− The receptionist was not welcoming and poor service. According to booking.com the check in is until 11pm but the receptionist said it was not and only until 21:30. But no complete information from their website neither..I was also called and asked about the time of our check in and said that she will just leave a msg and instruct us how to get in the property. but no calls or msg before we arrive. Luckily we managed to find the room and got in before midnight. And also calling at an early hour on last day to get our details and tax fee. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming service from the receptionist. It can also be very noisy because of the cars driving fast when having open windows as the location is along the highway and very far from major attractions in Slovenia. Cooking utensils are also basic and lacking. Cooking wares are old , pans and pots doesnt look safe to use. (Aqua Room)
Vrhunsko, priporočam vsem in čakam prost termin, da se lahko vrnem.
10.0Ena izmed najboljših ponudb v Sloveniji. Kljub temu, da je v bližini Aqualune, vile sploh ne bi bilo treba zapustiti. Opremljena je z bazenom, savno, trampolinom, teraso za grill… Peš se lahko odpravite do gradu in na terasi uživate v razgledu in okusnih sladicah. Do Aqualune se lahko odpravite peš, do ostalih kompleksov Term Olimia pa z avtom ali celo s kolesi, ki so na voljo v nastanitvi. Primerna nastanitev za prijatelje, pare in družine. Prijazna tudi do psov. Zajtrk je okusen, bogat in vreden svoje cene. Iskreno ga s prijateljico nisva uspeli pojesti. Porcija bi nahranila še kakšna usta ali več. Gostiteljica je izjemno prijetna, ustrežljiva in pozitivna.
− Pri zajtrku me je obe jutri zmotil zrjavel pribor. Sploh nož, ker bi sledi rje ostale v maslu in kremnem siru, če bi ga uporabila. Sem se znašla z žlico, vendar je pribor treba nujno zamenjati. Kakšen WMF set bi bolj ustrezal nasplošni kvalitetni ponudbi lokacije, kot pa Ikea.
