− Küche war unsauber. Kühlschrank schmutzig. Gefährliche Stufe in der Küche. Gefährdungen in Höhe des Kopfes. Treppe in der Wohnung mit sehr ungleichen Stufenhöhen. Kein Parkplatz. Kein schönes Umfeld. Schlecht zu lüften.
