8.0El personal es muy amable, las instalaciones correctas, se puede descansar a medias ya que huele bastante mal por el sargazo.
− No tiene playa, está llena de sargazo y por lo que dice la gente local es prácticamente todo el año, el olor del sargazo es muy fuerte y desagradable

7.0The rooms were large and the swim up bar was great. Staff was excellent.
− The fact that they don't tell your that there's no beach to go to. The seaweed is so bad it covers the whole beach. Very disappointing. I know why they don't tell you ahead of time, but it's still wrong.

Great stay for family!
9.0We are a family of 4 and reserved mainly for the little water park and this didn’t disappoints. The kids spent hours and there is a bar in this area and a pool for the adults too. The food was pretty good and as a family that eat quite healthy diet we always found good options. Tepoanyaki was a hit if you can get a reservation. We had a great time as a family bowling and in the family room, The gym was well well equipped and there is a great cafe for coffee and snacks. The foam party at the main pool was a blast!
− They have specialty restaurants but the system for reservations makes it hard to get a spot if you aren’t sitting on your phone at exactly when they open them so that was disappointing. The seaweed is unmanageable now and so bad they don’t even try to clean it, meaning the smell throughout the hotel is horrible. The entertainment schedule was hard to find and understand and they should try and make it easier for guests to know what is happening. Like maybe a flyer in the room with the schedule. We missed a few things because we didn’t know.

− A few things that an are seriously wrong with this hotel. The logistics behind dinner reservations is completely ridiculous, had we not gone for a tour that is just another upsell tactic to get guests to spend more money on added services I would not have been able to book restaurants, also the pillows are horrible, the Italian restaurant is the worst pasta I’ve ever had and finally, there was 0 beach! Zero! Putting this on the website when booking would be fair and helpful.
