Pessimamente atendida pelo booking e pela pousada. Fiz reserva para menos de 24h, paguei no pix e logo a seguir, fui informada que a pousada não abriria na data reservada, porém, foi ofertado na plataforma. Resumo, estou até o presente momento sem o reembolso da diária paga Absurdo!!!!

Santa Teresa é uma cidade que guarda histórias de família e infância, e voltar à cidade sempre tem o peso da nostalgia. Agora adicionamos a recordação desta belíssima casa, do silêncio do bosque e da proximidade com o centro! As histórias vividas com as simpáticas famílias, o host sempre disponível e o sono reparador no silêncio do bosque, trazem uma feliz e grata nova memória para as montanhas que já carregam tantas histórias felizes! Só não foi perfeito porque acabou o tempo e tivemos que voltar à rotina! Assim que puder estaremos de volta!

− Os problemas são impossíveis de controlar: Santa Teresa já não é tão frio por conta do desmatamento e dos condomínios, e infelizmente nao podia ficar para sempre deitado no sofá da caverna. Se eu pudesse, ficaria para sempre nesta casa!
