9.0Situated in a lovely little village with the river running along a rear boundary, spacious inside and tidy.
− The mattresses aren't great but I've slept on worse, also no curtains it's just a pull down blind so if Ur a light sleeper when the sun rises the room lights up. The roof on the conservatory needs a good clean, was covered in leaves etc

7.0I like the area and the cottage is big enough. We couldn't find a remote control and we tried to phone them and sent email but no answer.
− Area and the cottage was clean I wanted to walk but it was raining bad luck for us . We will go back next time more days and good weather.

Perfect for a family stay in the region as it is located within the heart of Snowdonia.
8.0Stunning location with the stream bringing in constant natural ambience in a quiet village. The property looks renovated but some things are missing. First impression was amazing with many seating areas throughout the garden. The washing machine and the kitchen utensils available were very useful.
− The property wasn’t the cleanest. The toilet was not cleaned properly under the seat. The beds could also use a little touch up underneath. There are no toiletries provided and the towels given were different sizes for each person.
8/10 could do with a spruce up but good value for money ey
7.0Very thoughtful gestures, such as milk, Welsh cakes and dishwasher tablets left for us.
− The place looked a little tired, would benefit from a handy man to tidy things up. Leaves in the garden looked untidy.
