Cozy room in a great location with a lovely view
9.0The room was very clean and had a nice view of downtown Birmingham. It is a short drive from the new amphitheater and many restaurants downtown. The host responded quickly to questions.
− I forgot to take my own pillow and the ones in the room were pretty flat.

1.0Well could not get in the front door of the building code didn’t work text and told them she said she knew it worked the Maude’s used it basically calli g me liar lady at front desk even tried didn’t work one time I waited 45 mins to get in. Then no baking pans for oven just pots then the door fell and hit my husband in head which is in wheelchair and I got smart response saying g if the wheelchair caused it we would have to pay the door wasn’t on the track good and he went to close and it feel it would never operate correctly . There was a brown stain on bedspread I have pic now I have a good mind to get a lawyer about door falling on him still might since they worried if he caused damages because of his wheelchair

10.0Very clean and located in walking distance to the Legacy arena. The bed was super comfortable nice view of the downtown city and the host was amazing. I will definitely stay there again. The front desk was super nice as well.
