6.0Owner was easy to deal with and the property was in a good location, property felt very secure and was nice and quite
− Only things I didn't like was the pillows were very uncomfortable, and the couch smelled like body odor on one side. Also had a plumber come to the room to fix a tap while I was staying and was not able to use the toilet for an hour when I needed to.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
5.0− Wasn't happy with the price we paid. We had to use the same towel for 6days and they were poor quality. The photos on the website were untrue, there was no wheelchair access and the boards on the veranda were dangerous. There was no dryer as shown on the website. All in all not happy at all

5.0− Washing machine was fiery bad mould in door seal house smelled of mould there was rising damp in one bedroom Exhaust fan in bathroom not working also wash basin was blocked

9.0We loved the privacy of the location and it was very convenient for all our needs .
− As soon as you came in there was a funny funky and stuffy smell I had to spray my perfume around, and the place could do with better fans , the ones in there were old and a bit rusty.

− Needs some TLC. No dishwash or salt n pepper Paid for 2 nights and only had one night being stuck with the floods in Whitianga. No coffee & Tea or sugar. Towels very thin Ants alive under jug Leak in hallway, needs attention and floor was wet.
