9.0Struttura pulita ed in ordine, lavatrice, bollitore e macchina caffe’ perfettamente funzionanti. Climatizzatori ottimi in ogni stanza. Parcheggi disponibili nella strada adiacente.Consigliato!!!
Ideale locatie dicht bij het centrum van Arona.
8.0Het appartement had alles wat we nodig hadden. Jammer dat het uitzicht op de terassen (3 stuks) niet mooi was. Het appartement ligt in een niet zo mooie buurt maar te voet ben je snel in het mooie levendige en gezellige centrum van Arona. Voordeel van de ligging van het appartement is dat je altijd parkeerplaats vindt in de straat. Zeker niet onbelangrijk.
− Het uitzicht. Bij het binnenkomen in het appartement hing er een wat vreemde geur.

Good choice with a car
9.0Nothing special, but spacious and clean. Had no problem finding free parking on the street next to the apartment, even when moving the car multiple times. Arrival instructions were excellent. Having a bakery in the building was nice.
− Location is a bit out of way - we had a car, so that wasn't an issue; Maintenance could have been slightly better (e.g. small bathroom leak); as other have mentioned, the shower is pretty small, but manageable.
