10.0I loved everything about this lovely place.The location was perfect-a short walk to Plaza de Armas.The room was large and clean and sleep quality was excellent Breakfast each morning was perfect-a lot of food which really prepared me for the day.The staff were super friendly and helpful I want to thank Sergio and Luis-two very nice people who made my stay SO very enjoyable.Top marks...10 out of 10.

7.0+ very nice people, Sergio was very present when we needed, also gave a very nice offer on the airport transfer. +comfortable beds +warm (there was heating in the rooms) +I mixed up the dates and there is an extra room with no toilet but still available - that was very very nice! +WiFi +good breakfast with personal touch (Sergio did eggs seeing that I need some protein on top)
− - the toilet in our room had 2 doors, being between 2 rooms and another room could turn off the light (what they did) while I am on the toilet :D - not really private (toilet had 2 doors that were basic) - other people were complaining not having a toilet and I felt bad as I had access to that toilet. Also could not flash in the night as the other guests woke up. - kitchen is not for self-cooking

10.0Sergio is a great host. Helped us to store luggage’s while on whales watching. He gave us also Great suggestions for restaurants in Punta Arenas. Nice chat with him, definitely I would go back in Chile!

Good vibes stay
10.0Super friendly and helpful staff. They made us feel like we were at home. We booked for 3 nights and prolonged with 1 more. Do not expect super luxury rooms , they are basic but convenient, good breakfast - value/price ++ we would go back.
