The scenery and location was nice. The bathroom was cute. The patio was cool too.

− For one, it was falsely advertised as a one bedroom but it was really a studio apartment. This listing isn’t suitable for more than 2 people. The space is just enough for a couple. The price doesn’t match the listing either. The walls are very thin, the room gets very hot quickly, and the patio isn’t usable if it’s raining.

1. The location was excellent, the neighbourhood was very safe, and there was a nearby Sendano's and a walgreens within walking distance. 2. The available facilities were clean and worked well. 3. During the rainstorm, no water leaked through, and it was a cosy place to rest. 4. I do like the open yard space, and it was very comfy (when the weather was fine). 5. Customer service was very good and they responded quickly to enquiries. They even included a complimentary bottle of wine. 6. Would love to come back here again if they made some improvements as the place is beautiful. And exactly as advertised.

− 1. Would like it if there were additional locks on the gate to ensure that the place remained secure when I was going out. As the gate was wide open when I returned from my shopping. 2. The designated parking space was more obvious for each side, as the neighbouring renters took up the entire parking space when they came. 3. The WiFi was barely functional 4. I would have liked it if there was ample covering for the outside so that if there was rain, renters could still use the outside to relax. 5. If they can include a small dryer/washer for clothes 6. Lock maintenance needs improvement. As the key was bent. 7. Get a small table for people to sit on the couch and eat their food as the bedside table was too small.
