7.0die perfekte Lage, keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß und man ist am Strand.
− 1. Die Kommunikation zwischen FeWo Eigentümer und Vermietungsbüro. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde das Haus eingerüstet und die Fassade neu gestrichen. Leider wurde das nicht bekannt gegeben seitens der Eigentümer. 2. Check in erst ab 16 Uhr. Für uns sehr unverständlich, da keine Reinigung um diese Uhrzeit mehr stattfand. 3. FeWo ohne ausreichend Sichtschutz an den Fenstern. Durch das Gerüst und den Handwerkern musste man das Oberfenster mit Decken zu hängen.

9.0Das Haus liegt sehr nah am Strand in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Bäcker, Lebensmittelmarkt, Fahrradverleih war alles fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst war schön eingerichtet und gemütlich.

− Sauberkeit: Staub müsste genauer entfernt werden,Gardinen und Bettdecken öfter reinigen...

8.0Super gelegen, zwei Minuten zum Meer. Das Café am Kurhaus ist sehr empfehlenswert, täglich Frühstücksbueffet. In der Seitenstraße konnte man geräucherten Fisch kaufen.
− Die Terasse war genau im Kreuzungsbereich und einsehbar durch die kleine Hecke.
