− Taxi doesn't know where it is. At the top of a hill from town. A lot of wrong information. We had booked another hotel and my brother booked here. They told us the place I booked was out of business which wasn't true. They also gave us wrong info on the place we wanted to go for dinner. Seemed like they wanted to steer us away from other businesses.

10.0Great little hotel with amazing views up the hill from lots of shops and restaurants.
− Need to be a mobile person to master all the hills and stairs in and around the property.

9.0Lovely, clean, quiet hotel, with nice pool and great views. Nice full kitchen and laundry available, Beach towels, chairs, pool toys available. Very nice staff. Close to the top of the 99 Steps, can walk to shops and restaurants and Blackbeard's Castle.
− Only two parking spaces available, but staff helped with other parking spots when needed. Water pressure a little low, but serviceable - it is an island, after all!
Great location! Helpful staff and thoughtful touches through the boutique. Would stay here again!
