Die Lage war gut weil ruhig gelegen und trotzdem kam man schnell zum Strand, einkaufen und Stadtzentrum. Der Pool war in seiner Größe und Tiefe sehr gut, das Wasser war sauber. Es war genügend Platz auf dem Grundstück um unsere zwei Autos zu parken. Der Außengrill war schön und hat gut funktioniert. Das man Orangen auf dem Grundstück ernten konnte und das es so groß war.

− Von den vier Badezimmer konnte man nur eines wirklich nutzen. In 3 Badezimmer war entweder der Abfluss total verstopft oder die Duschamatur verkalkt und verrostet wie ich es in meinem leben noch nicht gesehen habe. Der Herd/Backofen hat sehr wenig Leistung, Pizza oder Brot aufbacken dauert ewig. Vom Pool haben sich mehrere Fliesen gelöst. Bzw bröckelten ab. Der Kühlschrank war bei Ankunft sehr schmutzig.

Eine nicht so gute Erfahrung.

Der Pool, die Lage und die Ruhe

− Die Villa ist sehr sanierungbedürftig, vor allem die Küche, die Waschküche und die Nasszellen, diese sind eine Katastrophe 🙁

der selbständige Checkin und der große Pool waren sehr angenehm.

− nur 1 Kühlschrank ist zu wenig für so ein großes Haus mit bis zu 10 Gästen. Die Fließen um den Pool sind sehr scharf. Der Ofen hat nicht richtig funktioniert und wurde nicht richtig heiß. Nur 3 Herdplatten sind zu wenig. Das Wasser aus den Leitungen ist extrem chlorid und salzig, das Geschirr aus dem Geschirrspühler muss per Hand nachgereinigt werden.

Suoer 10 day stay with grown up family of 6!!

The location was excellent. Within walking distance of all facilities and amenities. While also being a super secluded area! Lovely pool area with plenty of sunbeds and sheltered seating There was lots of room for a grown-up family of 6 ranging from late 20s to 18 to come and go. There is plenty of space to park a car and a supermarket just a few minutes drive or walk away. All in all, we had an amazing time and would highly recommend the villa and its location!

− A little flexibility around use of air conditioning for evening showers before heading out would be an enhancement and a bigger fridge. Other wise fantastic and neither of these issues deterred us from enjoying a super holiday. Thank you Villa Ca Na Xaneta!!!

The pool is lovely. The villa a lovely countryside view with mountains. You can watch the sunset from the pool area. BBQ area is good. It also has a pizza oven outside although we didn't use it. Upon arrival you get a little welcome bag which contains oils, coffee/tea and cleaning chemicals. The owner lives next door, he is friendly and he can speak English which helps.

− The fridge door seal was not functional it caused the door bounce open once you shut it. We did report this so they should be getting a new seal. Dishwasher didn't work well. We did purchase dishwasher cleaner but it only made a small improvement. Both double beds were broken upon arrival. The bed frames were either missing or broken. We also reported this straightaway, they responded next day and came to change one of the double beds. The other didn't get fixed but once I questioned it they said they had to order a new double bed frame. So, this should be fixed soon. Pool tiles need a bit of attention but pool is still useable.
