6.0We arrived at 9pm on Sunday - we had explained we would check in early. We couldn’t find the place and inadvertently parked by the key holder- to be advised by the hotel manager that we would get a ticket. We tried to contact via out of hours number but no one answered . When we eventually got in - thanks to a resident we found the freezer dirty and windows. Beds were very low to ground and polyester bedding. The door To the balcony wasn’t locked and we felt unsafe. The cupboards were dirty and there was no washing up liquid or dishcloth. Worst of all no loo roll on arrival !!!!! The remainder of the trip Was ok.
It’s ok but not happy of the unit location. Also cleaner could be reminded to clear the patio as it looks and felt uncom
