10.0Everything. Wine and olives as a welcome gift, comfy beds, lots of space and the location was lovely. Having 4 bathrooms made it so easy for everyone to get ready for the wedding without stress. And nice to have a kitchen with usable pans, enough glasses, crockery and cutlery for a crowd and sharp knives! And the snooker table and bar area was awesome! Lots of rounds of Kelly Pool were had, (download an app to play) accompanied by many laughs and memories :)
− Nothing that we could dislike, however a couple of new rollers on the entry screen door and some rejuvinated pool cue tips would be nice ;)
Wonderful experience…. The property lived up to our expectations.
10.0Layout of the house was great. 4 bathrooms was excellent with the number of guests. Pool table was lots of fun! Good size dining table with great views of the property.
− Few minor repairs required. Eg. Latch on en-suite door. Extraction fan in en-suite not working. Overall minor things that did not affect the overall experience at the property
Lovely girls time away with great food nearby in a very comfortable farm location

− The coffee frother didn’t heat and there could have been more coffee pods

6.0The scale was great for a large group and plenty of parking. Entry access process was easy Arrival gift was nice
− - dirty with cob webs and tired generally no milk - price was high - furnishings dated - the outlook over a shed and equipment - a bloke in a caravan “very close to the house” didn’t feel like we had the property to ourselves. - not private nor peaceful
