Booked this apartment for a business trip and description advertised free parking. On arrival discovered there is no parking. Managed to lock myself out of the apartment whilst struggling with bags. Called the helpline and was told I would have to wait until the next morning for someone to let me in (most of my bags were locked in the apartment). Had to book premier inn for the night and returned to get back in the next day. Police were trying to get into the apartment next door. Suspect similar to the previous review that lots of these apartments are used for illegal activities. Stayed for one more night and no hot water for duration of stay. Very complicated booking process with no out of hours support. Would avoid this place at all costs.

Apartment in Slough - walking distance to station. Many similar in same building. Shocking communication with Dutch company that are named on invoices. Lots of extra online forms to fill in after booked. Additional deposit required. Keys picked up from a nearby corner shop. An absolute pain. Good size apartment - clean. No WiFi - not working No parking as advertised. Car park boarded up. Front door always open for rough sleeping in the stairwell and guys visiting other flats for 30min appointments. Flat has pot ventilation, bad blinds, noisy - so poor sleep. I would not recommend.
