This property is everything you would hope for - spectacular views, beautiful decor.
10.0Location is superb - Sunset over Kapiti is a very apt name as the outook is beautiful. No rv at the property was a surprise and a welcome relief. Direct access to the beach through the sand dunes. Second, upstairs lounge is a bonus if you need some time out or space to "work from home" while you're there or even if you want to see more of the magnificent views.
