− The property is in a basement, the outer door to which has only one simple lock, so we were a little apprehensive about security. That said, we had no incidents and it was an excellent stay.

− The location is a bit far from all the actions. The neighbourhood has minimum restaurants and coffeeshops within walking distance.
We had a great stay in a very comfortable apartment. Great host !
