9.0La qualité de l'environnement avec ses canaux, l'aménagement de l'appartement et sa propreté, la situation proche de tout ( plages comprises) l'arrêt de bus en face, Les restos du coin, la beauté paysagère du quartier et.... les nombreux chiens qui ont sympathisé avec le nôtre.
− La dimension de la "terrasse" qui est un petit (mais sympa) balcon. L'aménagement du salon est un peu spartiate. L'insonorisation avec l'appartement du dessus (principalement dans la petite chambre) L'appartement se situe au 3 -ème étage sans ascenseur, il ne convient donc pas à tout un chacun. Pour nous, ce n'était pas un problème mais il faudrait mieux l'indiquer sur le site

7.0Apartamento amplo, com dois quartos e sala espaçosa. Cozinha bem equipada.
− A internet não estava funcionando. Tentamos ajustar diversas vezes e não funcionou. 5G no local não funciona. Apartamento no 4° andar sem elevador. Não é tão perto do vaporetto, uma caminhada de 10 min até a estação.
