9.0Spacious, clean and comfortable. I booked this due to another booking letting me down at the last moment so had to book 2 bedroom as no 1 bed apartments available at the last moment nearby. It was easy to deal with the booking and communication was great. Very respectful and professional staff. The flat itself has everything i needed for a comfortable stay. Good mattress ( firm,not too hard and not so soft to cause dips, clean beds. Ensuite shower in main bedroom and a bath in the other bathroom. Good settee, everything was clean and utensils, everything i needed to cook my own food. A balcony which was nice to get some fresh air on the warm days. Close to solihull centre and Hospital so i was able to be close for my appointments and shopping needs.
− Nothing that i didnt like. Maybe could have had a lockbox to pick keys and return them but i understand this works better for some landlords and not a real problem.

− It is locate near the entrance to the building and the buzzing door can be loud.

7.0The beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were spacious. Kitchen was well equipped. Iron, ironing board, vacuum and hairdryer were all helpful additions.
− There are 2 pillars - one in the living room and one in the twin bedroom that massively limit the space meaning that there isn't a lot of room for 4 people to sit down to watch TV and the beds in the twin room only have a very small (a couple of inches) gap between them. The Master bedroom would benefit from a set of proper drawers. The biggest issue was hot water. We had 4 people to get a shower in the mornings, and the hot water always ran out after the first person. Must be a different water supply to the kitchen hot tap, though, because that was scalding hot!
