Soggiorno davvero fantastico in Via Alessi 46 a Perugia! Posizione super centrale, tutto a due passi. L’appartamento è pulitissimo, accogliente e curato con tanta attenzione. L’host è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Super consigliato per godersi la città in totale relax! 😊

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, ακριβώς στο κεντρο της πόλης. Η Gloria παντα διαθέσιμη και φιλική να βοηθησει σε οτι χρειαστεί αλλά και πρόθυμη να δώσει χρήσιμες πληροφορίες για τη πόλη, δίνοντας μου επίσης τη δυνατότητα να αφήσω αν χρειάζομαι τις βαλίτσες μου και μετα το checkout. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πάρα πολύ καθαρό, μοντέρνο ,ευρύχωρο,φωτεινο, με πολυ άνετο κρεβάτι και με πολλά διαφορετικά μαξιλαρια ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες του καθενός και γενικότερα με ολα τα απαραίτητα που καποιος θα χρειαστεί κατά τη διαμονή του καθώς και ένα πολύ εύκολο και σύγχρονο σύστημα πρόσβασης! Συνολικά μια πολύ ευχάριστη εμπειρια. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα και θα το επέλεγα ξανά σε επόμενη επίσκεψη μου στην πόλη.

The accommodation was great! It’s an apartment on the second floor of an old building located in the historic center of the city. The entire flat has been renovated but still preserves the authentic historic charm of Perugia, which you can especially see in the beautiful original ceiling beams. Before arriving, I was a bit worried about the electronic door system, but everything worked perfectly. The neighborhood feels safe. Some other reviews mentioned noise at night because there’s a bar or restaurant on the ground floor — however, the noise was only noticeable on Friday night, and honestly, it wasn’t bad at all. I slept well, and besides, this is Italy — a lively city atmosphere is part of the charm :) Overall, I definitely recommend this accommodation!

Pratico e comodo per girare la città, ma anche per vedere i dintorni.

Disponibilità e cortesia, posizione centrale rispetto a parcheggio, minimetrò, market, panificio, locali e monumenti, in casa c'è tutto ciò che occorre se si vuole cucinare. La guida della città e uso della casa è utilissima, bella idea!

Just a wonderful “home away from home” in the heart of Perugia!

The apartment, while being in a beautiful historic building, is totally updated with all modern conveniences and is very comfortable and spacious. The location couldn’t be better as it is right in the heart of the historic center of Perugia, with amazing restaurants, historic sites and museums all within easy walking distance. The owner, Gloria, was super nice and accommodating and always available to answer all our questions. We are already looking forward to staying here again the next time we are in Perugia!

− At times there was some minor noise at night from revelers enjoying Perugia’s nightlife, but nothing excesssive at all.
