Tolles Haus, das etwas mehr Liebe braucht
8.0Ruhige Lage innerorts, Lebensmittelgeschäft zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Haus gut ausgestattet, alles nötige vorhanden. Mülleimer (Restmüll, Biomüll) ca. 2 min entfernt, anderweitiger Müll (Papier etc.) bei Lebensmittelgeschäft.
− Grundstück um das Haus herum wirkte vernachlässigt (nicht gemäht, Unkraut). Spülmaschine roch sehr unangenehm, Wasserkocher verkalkt. Whirlpool zur Straße hin, Fenster nicht verdeckbar.
