1.0− I reserved a one night stay at this property… day of my stay Andre the owner calls to let me know it was already booked and I wouldn’t be charged… I was charged full amount and cleaning fee for a night I didn’t stay at the property. Andre assured me I’d be refunded… I haven’t been
