Posizione, pulizia e parcheggio ottimi e convenienti. Buon bagno pulito e cucina ben attrezzata. Via tranquilla.

It was clean and comfortable

− Unfortunately it’s very damp, the bed was comfy but felt damp, as did my clothes in the morning.

− Place was very tired looking needed a kick of paint no view from windows and TV was in German and couldn't access normal TV every time we clicked on an app it went off. It was cold and heater in sitting room wouldn't turn on and sofa cushions had collapsed so couldn't sit on it

Handy, well appointed, centrally located ground flood flat

Central to the town, walking distance from the train, bus and ferry terminal. Perfect size for a couple. Clean and well appointed with electrical equipment.

− Sofa in the sitting room, very uncomfortable and not very clean, discovered it was a sofa bed, probably should be replaced, don't think it would be comfy to sleep in, it certainly wasn't comfy for sitting on. The Mattress on the bed also needed replaced as sagged in the middle, although the day we were leaving we accepted delivery of a new one.

The apartment inside was acceptable particularly the kitchen and bedroom. The sofa was sagging and TV cannot be accessed. WiFi code was not properly displayed nor advised till we have to contact the property. The lane leading to the apartment was lined with several huge rubbish bins and building looks old . We did not know that car has no accessed to 7 A Combie Terrace . We spent 30 mins going round several roads trying to get into the road /lane . Finally we had to park the car along the road to unload our luggages and rolled them to the apartment.

− The surrounding looks dirty and unorganized . Information about car access and WiFi should have been advised to us earlier

Gute Lage und Größe der Wohnung

− Mehr Schein als Sein Couch mehr als abgenutzt. Matratzen sehr schlecht und durchgelegen. Nur oberflächlich sauber, Mülleimer im Bad nicht geleert. Gastgeber hat auf Anfrage einfach nicht mehr geantwortet. Nur zu empfehlen wenn man nicht zu hohe Ansprüche hat.
