A pleasant pied-à-terre in Penzance.
9.0The apartment is very well equipped and furnished, making it comfortable and pleasant to stay in. We only had breakfast there, but the kitchen facilities seemed to be good. The parking was easy to access and very convenient. The courtyard gave some privacy and a sense of spaciousness although the weather wasn't good enough for us to use it.
− The apartment is situated a good 10 minute walk from the town centre and quite a steep uphill climb back Unfortunately there is no short cut on foot. There is some noise from the upstairs apartment. Although there is a washing machine, drying rack and outdoor washing line, all of which are good, some pegs would be useful too.
Relaxing and peaceful property with lovely views and stones throw from the town.
10.0It was clean and tidy , brilliant facilities with absolutely everything you need. Lovely well maintained garden with lots of seating.

Good communication and equipment but areas need attention
6.0Everything you could possibly need for a stay was provided- tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, dishwasher tabs. Fully equipped kitchen. Great communication from owners
− Large amount of steps to the property which twist and turn and get narrower to the top. Zero view from apartment and courtyard garden. Run down outside areas/ communal areas. Feb stay - property extremely damp inside - wet walls and terrible smell of damp in the bedrooms and bathroom. Property is apparently up for sale

7.0Mogliśmy przyjechać z naszym kochanym pieskiem. Nie było problemu. Gospodarz przygotował dla Dixio miski i snaca. Było czysto. Mieliśmy świąteczny nastrój. Była mała choinka i ozdoby świąteczne. Kuchnia dobrze zaopatrzona. Stosunkowo blisko do centrum miasteczka.
− Niestety nasz apartament miał widok na następną ścianę budynku. Widoków zero chociaż blisko morza.

10.0A very clean, modern, well-equipped and reasonably spacious apartment. The furniture is simple but there's everything I needed - good sized fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, reliable internet and a very comfy bed.
