Bad experience
1.0Nothing. Spend in property maybe 30 min and left, not clean, and definitely not for family. Paid 288£ for 30 min, it's not refundable and after checking property I understand why. Contacted with owner as I booked it in last minute and sped only couple minutes, in total it was maybe 1h and I asked maybe can get half refund or something, and they can let someone else to book it. But got ignored. Ok my mistake, but it's was terrible experience.

9.0Stayed three nights for work in Thornaby-on-Tees. The room was simple but clean and had everything we needed. Great location for getting around, and overall a comfortable and easy stay. Would book again for future work trips.

− There was marks everywhere postage all over the floor, gaps and other damage to the doors, gauge marks all over the floor
