Just what we were looking for.
9.0This is an excellent barn conversion with everything well thought out. Parking is good, all the plumbing works well and it is generally comfortable. It is in a very quiet area. We were there during the June heatwave and it was lovely and cool. One rather good feature was the superb vegetable stall near the Great Works mine. WiFi fine.
− The garden furniture seems a little weak. We are not heavy people but the chairs felt a bit dodgy. Not a major issue though.

10.0Beautiful space, huge house. Cosy. Great location for hitting beaches around southern Cornwall. Quiet.
Peaceful location in spacious barn conversion that was well equipped with an enclosed garden,
8.0− Couldn't find keys on arrival and it was dark. Called helpline and no answer so left a message. No call back until an hour later which was a message apologising that no instructions for the key safe location was shared. Location of key box very hidden and only found it by chance.

− The search for the key safe ! Some areas not so clean. Lack of wood for one night of log burner.
