9.0Very peaceful and relaxing. Fresh milk & eggs were left for us, which was a lovely touch. Love the outdoor seating areas, especially the swingsy chair. The bed was very comfortable. The whole place was quirky and cute!
− A couple of windows had no blinds and the sun started to rise at 4am. It was very bright very early.

8.0Gostamos de ficar no “Douglas”, foi simpático terem nos deixado ovos para o pequeno-almoço! A localização é realmente fora do contexto citadino, vivemos uma experiência na natureza bastante positiva, ouvimos o som das aves no campo! Muito bom!
− Como estava a chover muito, a distância que deixamos o carro e o “ Douglas” era grande, seria melhor levar o carro até mais perto… A iluminação da rua, até chegarmos ao local, praticamente não existe e como chegamos muito tarde, foi um pouco difícil.

8.0It was very different and would like to go back in the summer to be able to fully enjoy the beauty of it. Was nice to get back to basics
− Wished there was more hooks - it rained and only 1 hook to hang coats on. Not having a normal plug socket- my phone charger is not USB ended its normal plug.
A perfect place for a getaway in nature
10.0This is our second time at the Dixie and it's always an absolute joy. A perfect, picturesque location in the middle of nature, which is great for a getaway. It has everything you need and is so pretty to look at. Tori also sources local milk, eggs and produce for when you arrive which is a lovely touch!
− Both times, we've come to stay on very warm weekends. It can get a little hot in the cab, so you have to leave the windows and doors open while you sleep!
