9.0距離泉佐野站走路約15分鐘，附近有大型商場和超商 房內設施應有盡有，可以簡單下廚，也有多的洗手台可以使用 馬桶和淋浴間分開，可以同時不同人使用 房內暖氣和保暖很有效率，室外溫度低的情況下仍然保持溫暖 上下舖單人床寬敞舒服，燈光可調亮暗，不太會打擾到同上下舖的另一人
− 電視難操作，也連不上房內WiFi 行李只能在較寬敞處如樓梯口或洗手台旁邊打開 位於小巷內，晚上尋找住宿可能比較困難 門口小無法停車，也較不方便開車進出，且對面房子雜草叢生與棄置的單車看起來似乎荒廢 沒有使用後毛巾的籃子，只能吊掛在欄杆上
