Can i get a refund, i did not check in yesterday because the BnB was not known and when i call the number no one picked up until i left without checking in. I already inform Zintle from the BnB she said i must contact you and request a refund and she said she didn't get the payment. My account is: 1332463256 or on 071 072 7742. Regards

− I want an refund when we arrived after traveling from East london there was no space for us - I booked and paid the Friday before then the owner found us other accommodation it was terrible no hot water holes in the roof. my gents had to travel at night to Flagstaff to sleep it was bad and dangerous I want my money back

My co-worker didn't sleep at the place. The place is outskirt and neglected. No security fencing. Worse the host doesn't even check the bookings as she didn't know about the booking and had to be called and she arrived 20 mins after. Worse when she arrived... She discovered that there was no electricity. My co-worker had to wait outside while she asked to go organize prepaid electricity... Don't understand why she didn't buy online. She made him wait for another 40mins. My worker had to leave and look for another accommodation. The premises are having highly overgrown grass making it unsafe. Unapologetic the host told us what were we expecting on R250 and refused to allow for a refund through booking. Com.
