− Waste bins outside were full. There were no toilet brushes in the house Back garden needs shaving.

9.0The home is beautiful in presentation. I went by myself but the bedrooms are spacious and have built in wardrobes. Some of the rooms had their own ensuite bathrooms. The home was clean and tidy with plenty of cleaning supplies. The beds were very comfortable and I had a good sleep. The bathrooms upstairs come equipped with smart mirrors which I liked, and 1 bathroom had a bath.
− The garden area could have been better presented and somewhere to sit outside in the nice weather. The small area of grass that you were able to use was cut well. But there is a larger area up the back but this was fully overgrown. I could not see any key for the dining room patio doors that would have been lovely to use too. The bed in the living room made it lose that home from home feel for me.

Advertised as a 5 bedroom house but in fact it’s a 4 bedroom

− This property was advertised as a 5 bedroom property and that’s why this was booked. On arrival it was apparent that this is a 4 bedroom property. It was also the hottest day of the year and the property had no fans. I messaged and rang the contact number of the host but no answer and no reply. Very very poor service
Our stay was amazing. One of our lads left a piece of luggage behind and the hosts met up with us to give us the luggage
