10.0The place was clean, a comfortable bed, easy access security pad, street parking available and nice size room with kitchen facilities. Also close to downtown St. Petersburg.

1.0Unfortunately, this place was so bad we couldn't even stay there. We thought (based on the pictures) we were going to be in a certain unit, but that was not the case. There were very sketchy people in that unit that kept coming outside and looking at us every time we pulled up or walked outsude. There was no dead bolt on the door. The owner kept sending messages about how we needed to lock the door, even though we had, so I'm left to assume the lock wasn't working properly. In the end we stayed elsewhere because we simply didn't feel safe.
− I asked the owner to refund even a portion of my money. Up until this point, she was very responsive, but after this I never heard another peep out of her.
