Good but could be much better with a cooperate property management

− Though spacious it can’t accommodate five adults as our family. The sofa is very comfortable but there were no shutters and the area was very cold too. A lot of stuff needs maintenance. There was no proper explanation to how we adjust the temperature and we were freezing.

7.0We had a lovely stay in the apartment which is situated in a quiet street in Kensington and within a five min walk from Gloucester Road tube station . The basement apartment was very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen , two big bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate toilet , which was ideal for us as a group of 5 ladies!
− The apartment is in need of some TLC with some holes in the walls and paint peeling off . We were unable to get any channels on the television which was a little disappointing and the lighting needed attention with lamps and some lights not working . Some additional toiletries were also required for the main bedroom . However on a positive note we found the host Fernado to be very nice and accommodating and he kindly arranged an early check in for us . Thank you !
