L appartement est idéalement placé pour sa proximité des transports, sa proximité avec Venise 🎭 , les commerces et le petit bistrot de quartier très agréable avec son personnel adorable Une note particulière pour notre hôtes qui a été adorable, disponible, de très bon conseil et d une grande gentillesse Le logement est climatisé ce qui a été très confortable

Cudowne miejsce, czyste, zadbane. Pokoje komfortowe, łóżka bardzo wygodne. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko co potrzebne, ekspres do kawy, zmywarka, pralka, zastawa stołowa, kawa, herbata, itp. Wspaniały kontakt z właścicielka, w lodowce czekała na nas woda, lody, słodki poczęstunek ❤️ Zamykane miejsce parkingowe tuż przy obiekcie. Przystanek autobusowy 5 km od obiektu. Polecam z całego serca.

The apartments were an easy walk from the train station. We were incredibly surprised that the hostess came in person to show us around and explain all the important details. She is an amazing woman! Delicious treats were also waiting for us in the kitchen. Another thing we absolutely loved was the spotless cleanliness and the abundance of everything you could possibly need for a comfortable, "home away from home" stay. The kitchen was a particular joy in this regard—it was FULLY equipped, with a dishwasher (including dishwasher gel), plenty of tableware, and air conditioning and good quality tea, coffee etc. We had two bedrooms at our disposal, each featuring AC, a TV, and its own en-suite bathroom with hair shampoo and conditioner. The bed linen was impeccably clean and perfectly ironed. There was a third bathroom in the hallway with a washing machine for our use, laundry pods, a drying rack, and so on. There is also an orthopedic sofa in the hallway, which was a great spot to take a quick break. For the children, there was a box filled with toys and board games, and even a play mat to layout on the floor. We could step out onto a private, flower-filled terrace with two gazebos. Additionally, the apartment features a small, romantic balcony with a table—perfect for having a cup of coffee with a view of the park. The local lighting throughout the apartment is well-thought-out, creating a cozy atmosphere, and there are convenient power outlets right by the beds. The location of the apartment is excellent. As mentioned before, the train station is within walking distance, as well as a Lidl and an Italian hypermarket with a wonderful fish department. Right across the street, you can buy fruits, vegetables, and water until late at night. Public transport passes can be purchased in the immediate vicinity. The bus stop is also nearby, and the bus (#6) runs frequently and quickly to the island of Venice. There is a park and a playground right there too.

Le cadre, le logement avec tout le confort, a 2mn a pied du bus pour Venise, des hôtes très sympathiques et non envahissants du tout , des gâteaux dans le frigo à notre arrivée , la terrasse tellement agréable ... tout est super, propreté irréprochable et tout le nécessaire dans le logement
