Modern, great shower and ample hot water. Comfy bed.

− Only one set of towels, no coffee creamer or sweetener, couch was small and uncomfortable. Neighborhood was questionable at best.

BAD - host dismissed my concerns

The main door has no interior lock which made me feel extremely unsafe, especially as a solo traveller. I raised this concern with the host on Day 1 and it was never resolved. I ended up checking out next day early as I could not sleep due to the anxiety of not being able to secure the door. The host was responsive but unfortunately dismissed my safety concerns. Would not recommend for solo travellers.

The apartment was great, just a short walk to the subway.

Sehr schönes helles Apartment, mit Liebe zum Detail. Es wurde an alles gedacht. Herzliche Gastgeber. Geräumig, sehr sauber, bequemes Bett, schönes großes Bad mit moderner Dusche. Sanfte Beleuchtung nachts. Terrasse mit Esstisch. Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Die Lage ist zwar nicht zentral, aber man sieht das echte Leben.

− Am Apartment selbst: nichts negatives. Die Lage ist nicht zentral, es war ja bekannt. Zur Metro ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg. Supermarkt in der Nähe teuer und nicht gut, es gibt bessere Möglichkeiten (später entdeckt). Obst, Gemüse, Fisch besser in kleinen Läden kaufen.

REM-Casa is cleaning, modern, and comfortable. Great for solo or couple. The bed is firm and comfortable. Bathroom deserves its own comments: Heated floor! Shower spacious and well designed and stocked. Good lighting esp bc of skylight! Hot water came in quickly and lasted (esp welcome in early Feb after a big snowstorm). Closet spacious - plenty of hangars Thoughtful supplies (Spa slippers waiting on doormat, Diffuser for hair dryer!) Towels and sheets soft and comfortable Clear instructions Excellent communication with host

− Not the prettiest street - but that’s offset by convenient location. Small suggestions for improvement: A Muslin privacy curtain in bedroom would be great, so you could open blackout drapes for light during day It would have been nice to have the porch light on when I arrived at night - I got in late and it was hard to see house number from the street esp with snow drifts blocking the sidewalk A black makeup towel in the bathroom would help people not leave makeup residue on the white towels!
