This hotel far exceeded my expectations. As an exclusive property that hosts only one party per night, it offers an unparalleled sense of privacy and tranquility. The entire hotel felt like a dream home brought to life. Its design showcases beautiful premium wood throughout, complemented by a refined and luxurious wabi-sabi aesthetic. The aroma that fills the space adds another layer of warmth and sophistication to the experience. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the exceptional hospitality of its staff. Their attention to detail and genuine care made our stay unforgettable. This is a place that will remain in my memories for years to come, and one that I will most certainly visit again. 這間飯店遠遠超出了我的期待。作為一家每晚只接待一組客人的專屬旅宿，它提供了無與倫比的私密性與寧靜感。整棟建築就像我夢想中的家被完美實現一般。 飯店的設計大量採用高級木材，呈現出精緻而奢華的侘寂（Wabi-Sabi）美學。瀰漫在空間中的香氣更為整體體驗增添了溫暖與高雅的氛圍。 然而，真正讓這間飯店與眾不同的，是工作人員無可挑剔的款待精神。他們對細節的用心與發自內心的關懷，讓我們擁有了一段難以忘懷的住宿體驗。 這是一個將長久留存在我記憶中的地方，我也一定會再次造訪。

Truly a magical experience place, once and a lifetime experience and a beautiful well thought property. The entire experience was 5 stars I highly recommend to anyone considering staying in the area. I would stop here just to stay here again, the place will be in my dreams forever and I can only hope to one day return. The staff is incredibly kind and took amazing care of us! I miss Ogushi already and only hope to someday return to this beautiful majestic stay that is MUKU-ten. It seemed too good to be to true, we had private home and lounge with private staff. I don’t think I can ever top this stay experience. This is the best place I have stayed at in all my travels, I will forever dream of this place.

I had a very good stay at Mt Fuji Retreat MUKUtensha Fujinomiya and was happy with almost everything. The staff were excellent, very friendly and attentive. The towels, bed, and pillows were all of high quality and very comfortable. I also enjoyed the music and the variety of games available, which made the stay feel fun and relaxing. What was unique about this place is that it is designed for only one group per stay, so we were the only guests in the entire property. This was something I had never experienced before and gave it a very private, exclusive feel. However, at night, the surrounding area was very quiet, and the isolation felt a little unsettling at times. Overall, it was still a memorable and enjoyable stay, and a truly unique experience.

We have stayed here for 2 times already and this is our second time. The service is unparelled and excellent as always. The messages sent via the booking.com chat were always replied promptly. Ogushi-san and Goto-san went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and assisted us in our other requests too. Things we absolutely love about the place: 1. Breakfast included and is customizable according to diet preferences 2. A home away from home feel, the facilities though almost 2 years old are very well kept. 3. Stone's throw about 10 mins slow walk to Aeon Mall, Hongu Sengan Taisha temple with a nice view of Mount Fuji, Fuji Heritage Centre is just behind, Drugstore is also a short walk away

− Nothing at all! Keep it up and we highly recommend this place to explore Fujinomiya and even a 1.2 hours drive to Lake Kawaguchiko.
