8.0Clean, beds were comfy, shower decent.
The caravan served the purpose we needed which was somewhere to sleep whilst in Kent for a funeral
3.0Location was the best bit about the caravan as we were going to a family funeral nearby. All the staff at the site were very friendly and helpful. Loved the surrounding area, beaches and the Spitfire & Hurricane Museum.
− No detailed instructions prior to arrival and had to contact caravan site owners which we were informed was the company's head office. Opened the caravan door to horrendous smell of cigarette smoke. Tried to open as many windows as possible but most were broken. Two TV's but neither worked. WiFi didn't work (thankfully we used our own data when we could get it and couldn't even make phone calls in the caravan due to close siting of the caravans). Handle on kitchen mixer tap broken. All the knobs on the cooker were found in the drawer along with dirty cutlery. Main bathroom toilet was dirty.

9.0Nice clean and friendly caravan site.
− Nothing really. But worth noting if your not driving the best route takes is from Westgate station, and it's a 30 min walk down a country lane. Not suitable for those with small children or a lot of luggage. Worth getting a taxi from Westgate. No public transport from station to park.
We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend to friends and family 👍🏻
