Spacious 4 Bedroom House♡

Because the house has no number I didn’t initially find it as Trinity Street is quite long & wasn’t sure which way to go s I approached it from the central road . But the house was well equipped and bedrooms were spacious.

− Yard at the back for sitting in we didn’t use as looked a little tatty

Good location but not clean enough or well maintained.

The property is really well located, there is free on street parking and it was walking distance to where we were attending a wedding. It’s very spacious and was good for 2 families staying together.

− The property was not very clean or well maintained. The garden area was really dirty, with a full bin and bin bags piled up next to it. There was a full ashtray. We were travelling with children and couldn’t have let them outside as it was not clean or safe. Lots of things broken - for example no lid for the kitchen bin meaning it smelt bad after a few hours, the plug for the bath didn’t work, and some broken tiles in the kitchen and bathroom.

Uncomplicated spacious and convenient.

Lots of space, and 4 toilets, which was great. Clean and straightforward and functional. Beds comfortable. Lots of parking in the local roads.

− Lacking a homely feel. Quite bare really. Bedrooms could do with full length mirrors and proper blackout across the windows.

Family get together

Very spacious for family of 7 adults two bedrooms had en suite. Plenty of dishwasher tablets, kitchen goods.

− Nothing we can think of. If being fussy freezer door a bit fragile.

Very convenient and comfortable stay - great base for exploring Leamington.

Great location near shopping centre of town and restaurants, bars etc. not too far from station. Large comfortable bedrooms.

− Would have benefited from some cosier lighting in the lounge area.
