Really lovely place in a great location.

The house was immaculately clean and really well presented. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. There was a stunning rooftop area plus a garden but it was too hot for us to use either of these sadly. The location is perfect. The supermarket is across the road (but isn't noisy at all) and the restaurants and main square are only a few blocks away. It was easy to park behind the supermarket. The host was lovely and brought an English-speaking friend to translate for us when she met us to let us in.

− The bed was too hard for us bit another reviewer said it was comfortable so we all have different tastes!

A lovely villa, right in the town, just five minutes walk or less from restaurants and bars and the front and the beach, and the supermarket - very handy! And still quiet (at least in April) Good comfortable bed, nicely furnished, kitchen with everything you need, all very clean. The highlight of the villa is the outdoor space - a delightful terrace, shaded by a gorgeous wisteria, and a roof terrace with a view of the bay. The hosts were friendly, and very helpful. We would certainly stay again.

We loved how beautiful and well kept the villa was. It was perfect for our family with two little ones. It had all the conveniences that we needed, including spaces for us to have meals and enjoy a glass of wine when the children went to sleep. The location was absolutely perfect walking distance to the town center, the beach, and especially the grocery store.

Wonderful relaxing stay in centre of Lixouri

Having arrived late we were met by friendly owners with essentials, guidance, beers and pizza! Owners very approachable with any queries. The property very clean, spacious, roof terrace for sun, shady garden area with hot tub for cooling down. Ideally situated a very short stroll into lovely town centre or to the beach. Comfy beds, effective air con and easy to work shower. While no designated parking space we had no trouble parking in a slot directly opposite the entrance (at the height of the season)at the back of the 30 second walk away supermarket . Ferry to capital Argostoli cheap (even with car), reliable and convenient .

Εξαιρετική φιλοξενία. Νιώσαμε σαν να ήμασταν στο σπίτι στο χωριό μας. Άνετοι χώροι καθαροί δροσεροί κλιματιζόμενη ως και η κουζίνα.. Υπέροχη αυλή με φυσική σκιά. Χαλαρώσαμε στο roof και στο τζακούζι. Ο Μάκης ζεστός ανθρωπος γνωρίζει από φιλοξενία και ξέρει πολύ καλά το νησί του.Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος κομβική για τις εξορμήσεις μας στο νησί Οδικώς ή με το ferry. Με λίγα λόγια: Κεφαλονιά Ληξούρι villa hara!

10/10 – Absolutely Amazing Stay! We had the most fantastic time at this villa – it truly exceeded all our expectations. The outdoor space was incredible – beautiful, relaxing, spotless, and so well maintained. It was the perfect spot to unwind, and the hot tub was immaculate, checked daily for cleanliness, which gave us real peace of mind. Our hosts were outstanding – so welcoming and thoughtful. They even brought us pizzas on the first night, which was such a lovely gesture and made us feel instantly at home. They also provided fresh towels and bedding, even though there was already plenty, which just showed how much they care about their guests’ comfort. The location was perfect, with a shop just a short walk away – super handy for picking up anything we needed. We honestly wish we had booked a longer stay, and if we ever return to the area, we wouldn’t even consider another villa – this one has everything and more. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a special getaway. 10/10 without hesitation!
