1.0− It was an awful experince, there is no air conditioning, even though it is clear in the advertising that there is one. Pure liers, very mean owner, noise all the time. It is a basement not a house.

− It's crazy noisy. I wore earplugs the whole time I was in the apartment -- there is zero insulation and the ceiling is very low, so I could hear every move the upstairs neighbors made, and they're an entire family. Not their fault at all, it's just a very poor design.

3.0Decoration is good. Nice shower and kitchen.
− Ir is in a basement with a house full Of people on top of you with kids screaming and crying. Sound proof is zero. I tried to work from home and I couldn’t because of the noise all day until late from early in the morning. Also you have to pay some extra deposit that they dont tell u about until the day before so when you are not able to cancel anymore and they wont give you the key code until you make that payment. It is supposed to be an extra fee for cleaning, but it was not that clean.
