View from villa overlooking Grand Cul de Sac is very nice and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Private pool is a nice amenity, and there’s also an outdoor bbq grill (we did not use it). Very quiet part of the island that’s good for rest and relaxation.

− The main house of the villa is open air format and does not have air conditioning (only the bedrooms have A/C). This open patio format allows all sorts of insects including ants, grasshoppers, roaches and mosquitoes to enter the house, especially in the kitchen area. We also found a black cat that repeatedly visited and entered the home during our stay (still unclear if this was the owners cat or a stray). The host was not communicative during our stay and we received two keys for the three bedrooms (the same key works for each bedroom lock so we didn’t bother complaining), but upon checkout the host accused us of losing the third key (I’m willing to bet it will eventually show up in the housekeeper’s pocket who forgot to leave it for us). Also, on the last day the housekeeper came and shut off the gas to the kitchen stove without notice or warning so we were unable to use the kitchen stove for the last 24 hours of our stay. What started out as a promising stay unfortunately ended with frustration, poor communication and false accusations. This villa does have potential if there was better communication and was a bit cleaner. Be sure to document / inventory everything during your stay.
