We had a bad experience but it could be a great place still. Go with friends, not family.
4.0The location, a lot of nature around. Really cool. Beautiful.
− There was no one supervising anything there, and therefore no feeling of safety. We particularly had a bad experience because on the tent next to ours there was a guy on shrooms or something like that (it seemed). He started shouting polish swearwords at 1am and kicking his own tent. We were scared and did not have the courage to go out from the tent to tell him anything. The bathrooms are decent and the location super though.
Lovely location, mold was intoxicating
5.0The location and remoteness
− The moldy tents and comunal areas
felt like the grounds needed a little maintenance, and the tents needed airing out. The floor of the tents is slippery.
5.0The novelty of staying in a tent in a basin of beautiful mountains.
− No reflection on the property but the weather was stormy during our stay and you hear everything, the wind, the rain, the banging of the toilet block door that doesn’t close properly. The tents weren’t easily identifiable in the dark, the tents need cleaning, mould growing on the inside. The decking outside most tents is broken. I’d say it’s more of a hostel standard of accommodation in terms of its kitchen provision, and a camp site in terms of its wc/shower provision

6.0We did choose the place because of the location and it was a really good starting point for our hike.
− It was very difficult to contact the owner. The best option is to call, we never got any response to our written messages. We slept in the tent during a heavy rain and the tent was soaked the next day. There was a bit water inside the tent in the morning. We spend only one night at the camp and it was OK. Would not consider staying there too long though as I think this place need a bit more maintenance.
Cheap comfy bed and hot showers, but disgusting shared kitchen
7.0It was ideally located along my journey and the bed, space and hit showers were welcome after a long hard day. The price was reasonable. Instructions for access we provide clearly ahead of time
− The shared kitchen was very dirty, there was a pot of rotting vegetables in water left on the stove which looked to have been there for several days. The numbers of the tents were not clearly displayed and located in a different place on each tent.

Unangenehmer Ort
