Enjoyable but could have been better.
7.0Spacious large accommodation for family and great pool.
− Although it was a family villa there were no spare towels. No stair gate. No plastic tumblers or plates which are necessary for eating outside with children. On arrival there was a smell in the downstairs bedroom which turned out to be the sheets on the bed that had been put on while still damp. Beds had to be stripped and washed. Although this appeared to be a family complex our neighbours were young people who wanted to party all night. Not great when you have 3young kids trying to sleep in bed.

10.0Lovely spacious apartment with air conditioning throughout. Gorgeous heated pool, pool area was very quiet and relaxed. 2 large terraces to enjoy the sunshine all day.

Lovely (Bella!) Property
9.0Beautiful house in a lovely small complex. As five adults we had loads of room. Lovely spacious patio area. There was plenty of space out in the common area for sun beds. Pool was lovely, not busy at all. Everywhere was kept so clean. While we didn't watch much TV, RTE and UK channels were available as well as other European ones. House was like a home from home, almost everything we needed was there. All of the rooms were a good size with lovely modern kitchen and bathrooms. We dealt with Sally who was brilliant throughout and so helpful. We were extremely happy with our stay in Bellavista 1.
− Absolutely loved the property and Nerja however parts of Nerja are quite hilly which is something to bear if there are mobility issues.

10.0Lovely house, loads of room. Just a couple of adjustments could be made, other than that it’s was a great house, beds were so comfy. Owner was lovely and gave us a lift with our luggage.
− Pillows were very flat and used need new ones. No BBQ which is disappointing, had to use disposable ones. Not enough seats for 8 on settee but in the summer you would be outside more. Make sure you turn the water tank up to max or you will have cold showers when on eco.
