Charming, clean, and well-equipped apartment.
9.0Beautifully decorated apartment. Plenty of free street parking right outside. I had a room with a balcony and shared a bathroom with a bath and shower, and a well-equipped kitchen - everything was pristine the whole time and a cleaning lady came each day. Coffee machine with free coffee and sugar. The internet WiFi was strong and reliable, and perfectly adequate for work video calls. My little dog was made welcome although, of course, in a shared apartment it's expected he stay in my room. The host was communicative and welcoming. The location is nice and safe and next to a park with a dog park, supermarkets, shops, restaurants and cafes, and a short stroll into the beautiful old town. The other houseguests were considerate and friendly, and the cleaning lady very kindly helped me to my car with my bags on the morning I left. I'd stay again without hesitation.
− It could just be an Italian thing, and of course it's not the hosts fault at all, but the woman who lives upstairs is very inconsiderate and clonks up and down her apartment in her high heels quite late at night, and her child races about in his shoes and bangs around very loudly, so if you like to go to bed at a reasonable hour take earplugs or do what I did and wear earbuds and use a white noise app to block it out.
