9.0Great location and beautiful modern apartment
Booked Amor a Mar through Booking.com. We were arriving at 19.00 on the 15/03. Sent a message throug
6.0Booked Amor a Mar through Booking.com. We were arriving at 19.00 on the 15/03. Sent a message through booking.com on the 14/03 requesting access code. Picked up car from airport & we arrived at apartment at 19.30. We entered a 4 digit code that was on Booking.com app but that didn't work. Rang the number that on app. No answer. Then 2 people appeared at exit & they told us it was a 7 digit number with a hash symbol at end. Kept ringing the number we had plus going back on emails to see had i missed something and also sent more messages through Booking.com. At this stage at approx 20.40 we decided we needed somewhere to stay for the night as we were both tired & stressed. We found a place on Booking.com called the CIH apartments for €175.10. We were lucky enough that we had a hire car as CIH were at Casino end approx 15 min drive. Before we left Amor a Mar i checked email but had nothing in relation to Amor. Upon arrival there i rechecked my email and there was an email with a 7 digit code and a hash symbol at end. So we left the CIH as we had not booked in and headed back to the Amor where we gained access at 21.45. I have requested a refund of €175 but alas nothing. Place was lovely but will never go back
− Just want my €175 back but we were only there for 4 days & the drama plus stress of trying to gain access ruined our wee getaway.
