10.0Very spacious, nicely located, clean. The procedure before the final renting sounds a bit complicated but in the end turns out not to be such a task. Perfect location for daily trips, nearest beach is nice for enjoying the waves. The town has its charm and for a more touristic experience, Iglesias is not far. Mining sites are deffinitely worth seeing and the position of the apartment is perfect for that purpose. Garage is very useful as well. We had a very good time.

5.0Taille de l'appartement, bien agencé, avec petite terrasse. Lits confortables. Parking pratique.
− Appartement tres sombre. Plusieurs équipements sont défectueux ou en fin de vie (ex douche, cafetière sale). Manque de savon ou de produits de base. Gestion des déchets problématique quand on est en vacances : aucun soucis de faire le tri et de déposer devant la porte (bien qu'il n'y ait que 2 poubelles dans l'appartement et 7 options de tri) mais devoir aller jeter ses poubelles à la déchetterie le jour du départ est tres compliqué, et la menace des 150€ de pénalité pas rassurante du tout. Peu de réactivité et d'aide de l'équipe, communication peu fluide et peu amicale. Pour toutes ces raisons, je ne recommanderai pas cet hébergement pour des vacances sereines.
